Informed Pessimism
I work in a big box store and know what freight-handling gorillas can do to merchandise. Your double-layered packaging and careful choice of carrier got my California King Tatami Mat to my house in perfect shape. It's beautiful to look at, has all the heft I'd hoped for and it smells like a hay loft---something a farm boy can appreciate. Thanks.
