Great quality and great Customer service
I received my 1st Order damaged, most probably by delivery company, because package was damaged too.
I called Customer service and received new wall in great condition in a week. Thank You!

Happy with this purchase.
These are just what we were looking for. We got 2. There is small crack in one of them that is repairable easily. Not unexpected in thin wood so no problem. Provides privacy while still letting in light. This is a decent price. They arrived in 2 days! I got the natural color. The bamboo pictures are light but still show up, especially with light behind them. Very happy with this purchase.

Love this, so does my cat
I truly love this shoji screen. I have several now, but I rescued a cat from the animal shelters and she has made several scratches on the screens. Any suggestions how I might repair this and/or what I could treat it with to deter the cat. She's young and healthy so this will be a long-term problem. My last cat lived 19 years, which is the longest relationship I've had in my adult life.

Looks even better in person, but the on-line photo is true to life. We got the natural finish, 4 panel. Gorgeous! Looks great in our sunroom wherever we put it, and blocks the sun in the late afternoon. Had to wait several months while it was out of stock, but once back in stock, it only took TWO DAYS to get from order to delivery!
Beautiful Screens
The screens arrived promptly and in perfect condition. They are beautiful, well-made, and are exactly as they appear online! I originally had purchased some shutter screens from Pier One Imports that were a couple of hundred dollars more than these screens, and I was so appalled at the poor craftsmanship, that I returned them almost immediately.

Nice but flawed
I think the divider is nice, but your quality control needs a little tweeking.
The divider had a loose panel because the wood strip holding it in popped out. It also had a scratch alongside one of the hinges.
We are awating the replacement. Hurry!
Office Divider
Dividing office space never looked lovelier. The wood matches the other pieces/door jams in the office and the divider seems to "always have been there". Lots of compliments on the translucent top that gives the office and airy feeling, even though a section is blocked off for storage. Great look, and reasonable price.
rosewood version looks very nice
Overall, I'm pretty happy with the way it looks in my living room corner (ceiling is 9ft high). I have a short 2ft tall lamp (with the shade removed so it's just the candescent 40 watt bult exposed) behind it, and it transforms the Shoji Screen into a tall lamp with warm soft light.
My only complaint is that the reddish Rosewood paint is applied very thinly and mine came with a couple light scratches on the ends where the paint is gone exposing the very light colored wood underneath. I wish it came with a touch up pen.
