Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

We received item in a timely fashion. No damage, just 2 small flaws. Near the top, two points rubbed to the white canvas probably while being shipped. They're small enough to not be noticeable until close. There were small bumps under the canvas there. The box had 2 bad tears, one was large and left the item partly exposed(under the bubble wrap). Fortunately there was no damage. Overall we're quite pleased with the product. it looks great in our living room!

Very pleased
I spent hours trying to find the right screen, and I love this. Light enough to handle, yet it seems sturdy. I love Van Gogh's art and this makes me happy. I use it to separate a smaller room off our living room. Now no one can see my sewing room/exercise room, just this lovely screen.

I love it!
I love my new room divider. It arrived well packaged in a reasonable amount of time. I was please with the quality and the value. Both sides are very pretty, so it was hard deciding which one to display. I may do Starry NIght in the winter and the Irises in the spring :) Very pleased with my purchase!
