Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

A dramatic statement
This tall shoji screen makes a dramatic statement as it separates two spaces and offers privacy to one space without blocking the light coming from the windows in the second space. A beautiful and practical solution to a space that needed to be divided.

Nice but some minor damage on arrival
The packaging had some damage which was transmitted to the wood frame. I was able to do a touch up, which covers the dent/chip well enough that it is not immediately visible. The cost in expense and time to return it made our decision right for us at this time. If the Shoji holds up to frequent repositioning, then the cost will be less onerous. The "look" worked well in our home. Our furnishings are eclectic. We were looking for something to block out the setting sun but at the same time not obscure our lovely mountain views.

Very nice looking
I bought the rose colored divider to block air from going down my stairwell. Works perfect and looks good in my room doing it. Only drawback was the dimensions said it was 83.5 in. tall and mine as delivered was exactly 84 in. I was still able to install it but it sure would have been easier if it had been the dimensions as quoted on the website. Still, it looks beautiful.

Perfect Room Divider

Just what I wanted
I wanted this screen to separate the master bedroom from the attached office and I was thrilled to find it. It arrived much sooner than I expected and it looks terrific. So happy I've found Oriental Furniture.

Shoji Screen Room Divider
I ordered 2, 5- panel, 7' tall Double Cross Shoji Screens for our guest room area. They are the perfect solution to conceal storage shelving from guests without building permanent walls. The product is study but lightweight, finished nicely and has good quality hinges that allow the panels to fold completely back onto themselves. Couldn't be happier!
