Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Blue & White Temple Jar and Vase
The shipping was almost immediate 24 or 48 hours, there was a chip that unfortunately the lid did not cover on one of the two jars and a matching vase I had ordered. I sent an email about the chip with a picture, was again responded to immediately and sent another in about 24 hours. Told to keep or donate the damaged one. Great customer service. Also the jars themselves are LARGE and beautiful and only about half the cost of smaller versions. Love them!

18" Floral Blue and White Temple Jar
As a licensed Interior Designer in the state of Texas, I can say this piece is truly monumental and very impressive. I am showing it with the lid on the table next to it and an enormous fall dried arrangement in the vase. Without the lid, this is a perfect vase. Pieces of this size are unusual to find. No porcelain of this size is ever under $100. What a catch!

Temple Jar
The temple jar arrived on time and in good condition. I needed something tall for a fireplace mantel and this 18 inch jar is a great height. I also purchased a wooden stand/base separately which added another two inches to the height. The blue coloring of the jar is a bit duller than I had wanted, but the price was right.

Beautiful Temple Jar
The temple jar is beautiful and looks wonderful on my mantel. I wanted to buy one piece to see the quality. I now plan on purchasing one or two more pieces to go with it!

Porcelain temple jar
Jar is a lovely large size and vibrant pattern. I would like a stand to show it off. Unfortunately the top point on my jar is lopsided.
