Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Perfect for zoom calls
The screen is lightweight (so easy to move), hides beds/clutter so zoom calls look more professional while providing a nice translucent background. It arrived promptly and in great shape. The double-hinge feature is useful, so it can be used in either orientation. The backside is solid paper -- so the grid is subtle-- which provides a useful option not indicated on the website.

Great little divider
Came exactly as pictured, the screen was perfect for cordoning off a section of my business from customers. The paper is high quality and is incredibly opaque. Light enough to move and pack easily and stands very sturdy despite jostling. Would definitely purchase again.

Useful and attractive
We love the divider - we bought the 4-section AND the 6-section dividers and they cover up the chair racks in the hall and make the room so much nicer (6,000 sq ft). Inexpensive, attractive, and useful.

Great Quality, Awesome Colors
I had already ordered 3 of these beautiful ladies to cover my brother's large patio doors but he felt he needed another. They all stand together beautifully when you put them up. The shipping is great none were damaged. Customer Service is also wonderful. My brother is very pleased. I plan on moving soon and I will have a patio door that leads to a beautiful balcony and I know the perfect screen for Oriental that I'm going to order. I can't wait. Got More than I expected
The screen is great. Just be carefull, the screen acually measures 4' 3". I was hoping to have it fit in my window perfectly, but rather than setting it in the window casing I had to install it above the window. Still looks great.

PERFECT
Arrived super fast, well packaged,and good price for a quality item. We have 2 double hung windows that are together on one wall in our dining room, we do not like the view and curtains did not work to hide the view,my wife asked about Shoji screens as window treatment,after measuring I determined that the 4 panel, 4' high would fit. Our room is Chinese motif,they look and work perfectly as a window treatment. Plus the room is brighter and adds to the Chinese decorative feel. I also must add the quality is fantastic for the price.

Perfect height!
I live in a one bedroom apartment where the living room has Oriental decor. I just adopted a cat and wanted to give her a private space to "do her business" that wasn't the small bathroom. This room divider was just the thing! It wasn't so tall that I was afraid that the cat would get hurt if she tried to jump on top of it (which she hasn't, clearly she doesn't want to destroy her pretty room divider!) But I wanted to be able to shield her goings-on from company and make her comfortable too. It's sturdy without being horribly heavy and looks lovely with the rest of the decor. Also, JuneBug the kitty gives two paws up!

Great Product! Wow!
I ordered this product last week and received it yesterday. I am amazed at the very prompt delivery. I love my screen in honey wood. The set up was so simple I was so pleasantly surprised. I just took it out of the box no assembly required and no tools needed. I just folded out the panel and placed it on the floor and I was done. It gives my small home office some privacy. The window pane shoji screen has great quality of construction. I absolutely plan to purchase more at a later date. Thanks for creating a beautiful product that brings me joy every time I use it.

Quality merchandise
The quality of the Shoji screen is excellent. I purchased it to use as part of my jewelry booth to display earrings on hanging cards. It is going to work very well. The shipping time was much shorter than I thought it would be also. I'm delighted with it!

Wires hidden beautifully
We redecorated our bedroom and were left with unsightly wires hanging down from our new flatscreen tv. This screen adds interest to the room and hides the unsightly wires completely. The delivery was prompt and the screen was exactly as shown.

Shoji Screen
This screen arrived even before other items that had been ordered before it! The 4-foot-high, 5-panel screen drapes around a particularly large and unattracitve heater in our mountain cabin and brings an air of Oriental grace to the room. I'm delighted in every way with it!
