Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

Love this Sturdy, Beautiful table
Everything about this online purchase went smoothly. Ordering, shipping, packaging, everything. The table is solid. The wood is beautiful. The functionality of the legs is well made. The table is sturdy and stable. I work on the computer all day at home, I prefer to sit on the floor. (Go figure.) This is the perfect size to "pop a squat" and do my work. Just what I wanted. Problem solved. I feel like royalty! Best computer desk ever!

Perfect Media Table
I was surprised at the quality of this little table. It is very sturdy with a lovely finish. We looked everywhere for a low wooden table for living room to use as as a base for a large television. It is perfect!

Table for meditation area
Table received on time and in excellent condition. I use this table in front of a meditation chair (ref: http://www.gaiam.com/product/rattan+meditation+chair.do ) The table is used for incense holder, small table fountain ( ref: http://www.chopa.com/ShopSite/product1132.html ) and Kanji tea pot (ref: http://www.chopa.com/ShopSite/Kanji_Porcelain_Tea_Set.html ). The table is exactly the right size and form for my purpose.

Perfect Tea Table
I searched the Internet for a small Korean-made tea table. I couldn't find one, but I did see this style table on a couple of websites. Overstock.com showed this image, but the customer reviews revealed it to be a poor quality, pressed wood table that was damaged in transit. When I saw it on Oriental Furniture's website, I knew that it would be good quality, solid wood, and packaged properly (I've purchased many beautiful Korean style furniture pieces from Oriental Furniture's website). The price is excellent, the table is sturdy and well-made. It's lovely as it is, but could be customized easily by anyone with an artistic flair. Once again, Oriental Furniture.com proved to be one of the BEST distributors of Chinese and Korean furniture in the U.S.
