Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

Attractive, Functional, Simple
Top three reasons I am satisfied with this product: 1. It arrived fairly quickly, despite the current situation. 2. It's just as described. 3. It smells SO GOOD. OMG Japanese Rush Grass. The foam is fairly comfortable; we'll see how long it stays supple. For what it is, it's pretty expensive, but for someone like me who doesn't want the bulk of a standard mattress, nor the expense, this is pretty ideal.
