Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, bedding, towels, pillows and related items are not returnable. Please review the color, design and dimensions carefully on the product page before placing your order.

Perfect!
The Cabinet is made of real pretty color rosewood. Not only I love the cabinet but also I love this company's customer service. I had a problem with Fedex as they kept delivering damaged packages. I contacted customer service and Adriane took care of me. I'm happy with the cabinet and very happy with the company. I have this cabinet as a powder room vanity cabinet with Koi fish bowl sink with bronze faucet and it's so beautiful. I'm looking forward to buy more beautiful things from here.

We are very happy with our cabinet, it is more beautiful than the picture. Fits perfect in the space we have for it and the right size for the oriental piece we have to place on it.

Very well packaged and a beautiful piece of furniture for my hallway. The only problem is with the doors...they fall off when opened because the hinges aren't fully secured.

COLOR
The price and delivery was fine. The color is closer to black than shown online. Overall though, worth the money.
