Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

What I Wanted

Rosewood Fishbowl stand
I ordered 2 of the largest Rosewood Fishbowl stand. The ordering was simple and shipping was very fast. After receiving them and opening up the boxes, I noticed thar one stand had a leg that was completely broken off. I did not even have to remove the stand from the box to see this. The other stand was fine even though the outer box and interior box had holes in it . I emailed the company to ask for RMA number to return the damaged item and have another shipped to me. I got an email stating I needed to send pictures of the damaged item which I did. The response email after viewing my pics was very apologetic and said another stand would be shipped out ASAP. I did receive it a few days later and it was fine. The stands are very nice rosewood color and look beautiful holding my blue white oriental fishbowl planters. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Good Quality stand
These stands are the perfect finishing touch to the fishbowls. We have wood floors, so are careful not to put anything directly on the floors. The stands are nice quality. Very sturdy and wood is sanded and finished nicely. I chose to put little felt pads on the bottom of the feet to protect the wood floor.

Beautiful Stand!
I love the Rosewood stand. It is very high quality for the price. And Oriental Furniture made it easy to measure the correct size for the bowl. The only downside is the stand is larger than the base of the bowl. The diameter of the base of the bowl is 8" while the diameter of the stand measures 8 5/8" and the bowl looks somewhat mis-sized. Overall, the bowl and stand are beautiful and I am very pleased with my purchases! Thanks!

After not being able to find what I was looking for locally, I took to the internet to find rosewood fishbowl stands. Oriental Furniture had the best prices of all the sites I looked at and they had lots of great reviews. My order arrived (3 stands) quickly and I was very pleased with the quality of the stands and extremely impressed with how they were shipped, separately boxed and tons of Styrofoam protection. Beautiful rosewood stand
I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally fine quality of the relatively inexpensive rosewood stand I ordered. The color of the wood is rich, dark, and highly burnished, and it's also quite sturdy. A much more handsome piece than I expected!

Ordered the Size 14 stand to display a Chinese Dish artpiece. Ordering on-line was simple, tracking information link provided and it was delivered to my home two days ahead of schedule. Plant stand
We are using this for a plant stand in our living room. It is very nice, much better than any plant stand that we found in stores. This type of stand can not be found in my city, or it would be of poor cheap quality. I searched online for a long time and came across this stand. Just what I wanted! Sturdy and Beautiful
Not only was this a nicely made and finished piece of furniture, and very sturdy (I placed a large brass tray on it and am using it as a coffee table), but it was also beautifully packed for shipping with double boxing and double Styrofoam padding. Shipping was immediate and fast, even though I didn't specify any rapid delivery. One caution that may not be obvious: when they designate the size, they mean that the stand will hold a pot of that diameter. The whole stand, including the outer rim and legs, is actually more like 22' in diameter. In most instances this won't matter, but if you're trying to fit it into a limited space it might.
