Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

Love it
I needed something to help darken my bedroom without having the door closed. This red/black is screen perfect. At 7' tall it leaves some space at the top for ventilation but blocks out most of the early light from the living room. It's sturdy enough to stand with stability but light enough that I can move it easily. And the colors look great with my decor.

room divider
I recently purchased a room divider from Oriental Furniture and it arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and was asked to send a photo which I did. I got a prompt response and apology and was told that they would credit my card for the full amount and that I needn't bother sending the product back. That was so great as I was wondering how I was going to do it. They were true to their word and my card was credited exactly what I paid. I am very satisfied with my experience with Oriental Furniture.
