Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

Great screen
Love the screen. I use it in lieu of curtains in the dining room. Damaged in shipping/handling. Big gouge in box with styrofoam pieces leaking out. Wood lattice chipped right where vertical and horizontal strips meet. Decided to make repairs myself rather than going through the hassle of returning item. Shipping charges should be refunded!

Great product
Packaged well and looks wonderful. I got the six panel screen which is very versatile in my home - use it as a backdrop for zoom calls and as a room divider. Great price for a great piece of furniture.

Just what I was looking for
I wanted a screen to place in front of a bedroom window. I am very happy with this purchase. It's attractive, well constructed and very reasonably priced compared to a custom-made screen. Shipping was prompt and the packaging was adequate without overdoing it. I'm very satisfied.

Outstanding Product & Quality
I bought one of these for a bedroom window 2 years ago as I like having daylight coming in but don't want to give up privacy. So I bought one of these 7 ft. panels and have been extremely satisfied with it. I'm moving to a new apartment soon and will definitely be buying another one of these. In addition to the privacy factor, they are of high quality and are truly beautiful.

This review covers all the items purchased. All the items looked the same as the web site photos--a very good thing. Re: the damage on one panel of the 3' screen, that item was solved very efficiently by shipping a 3' 3 panel replacement. You have a very satisfied customer.

Beautiful Screen
This was my first order from Oriental Furniture. The Shoji screen arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. The rosewood is so beautiful in person. The pictures do not do it justice. Would certainly order from this company again.
