Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Lovely Shoji Design Lamp
Quite lovely. Gives off much more light than the one I replaced, which was nowhere nearly as translucent. 2 60-watt equivalent LEDs give off more light than 3 100-watt equivalents from my old lamp. The shoji motif fits well with the rest of my Japanese and Scandinavian style furniture. Instructions could have been a bit clearer and the wrench supplied was virtually useless (I had to use my own). But generally speaking, assembly was reasonably easy considering the sheer size of the lamp. Make sure you unpack it somewhere with plenty of floor space.

I LOVE THIS LAMP!!
I've had this lamp for 4 years now and it's still just like new. I originally had it in my entryway and now it's in my office. It lets off a soft warm glow and is so stylish.

beautiful lamp
I am delighted with my lamp. I have a very large room and it's exactly what I wanted. It arrived really quickly! The only small problem I had was that there was plastic stuck in the inside..difficult to extract. Also I forgot that the USA has a different voltage so I needed to sort out the plug. Happily a friendly electrician was passing by.

Solid, lovely lamp
This is a solidly constructed and lovely lamp. I like the Japanese style lamp but this is sturdier than some of the thin paper shoji-type lights. It was very easy to assemble. The light is diffused through the screening but the lamp still gives plenty of light for a larger room. I recommend this lamp.

A Beautiful Lamp
I fell in love with this design of lamp during my travels and have finally built a home that will suite one. When I began looking I fell in love with this one. Unfortunately I live tn the UK so spent the next 3 weeks looking for a UK supplier. There are none. So I bit the bullet and bought it and paid for the air freight and the 20% value added tax. It arrived in 5 days and is perfect in every way. It gives just the right amount of light and is a beautiful addition to any large room. I put a picture on my Facebook page and have had 15 people so far asking me where they can get one and how much. The price wasn't an issue for people but air freight is - I've now got my eye on a Korean Pharmacy Chest from you. Please consider some how making you products more internationally available - as a lot of the oriental furniture you sell does not seem to be available in the UK.

Love it!
Always hesitant to buy online because you never know what the quality will be when it arrives. I am very pleased with this lamp. It was well packed and arrived in great shape. The shade is made of rice paper so is delicate but it was perfect out the box. Took very little assembly and really makes a statment in the room I chose to put it in.
