Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

Exactly what we needed
Got the 6-panel screen in Natural to section off part of a basement. We needed to separate the rec room/garage band area from the more cluttered storage area and this fit the bill perfectly. The jute also helps with acoustics, dampening the drum sound ever so slightly. We're planning to order a second screen to extend the size of the space.

Very pleased with this Screen. A Quality Product that met our every expectation. Well packed and arrived with no damage even though a hole had been punched thru both the inner and outer box during shipping. Will certainly look for other furnishings from Oriental Furniture.

Dressing Room Entry
After living in our Santa Eosa California home for 24 years, the time has come to move on. Because of our acvanced ages, this beautiful place of 3 floors is very difficult for us physically..... In order to make the home more valuable, we have tiled the dressing area and bath in 12 inch ceranic tile, and our new Jute Shoji Screen provides separation of the Bedroom and Dressing Room.

Great Screen
I love the way this screen looks. Mine is black wood. I bought it to cover up a base surround sound speaker and a bunch of wires. I placed plants, pots etc. in front of it. It softens the rooms corner and gives height. I love the jute insert and the way it goes with the black wood. I would recommend it.

Good Quality!
I am fully satisfied with the Tall Jute Shoji Screen. I love the quality and more so the price. It was worth what I paid for. Fabulous!
I am an avid on line shopper. I spend hundreds of dollars online. This screen was a great value for the money. Shipping was reasonable. It is absolutely beautiful and well made!!! I bought it is deep red and it goes perfect in my living room in front of a space where I store stuff.

Stunning!
A Beautiful Oriental Screen! This is my very first screen, I needed something to strategically cover up my storage containers and this works perfectly and actually opens up the space in our room!
