Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, bedding, towels, pillows and related items are not returnable. Please review the color, design and dimensions carefully on the product page before placing your order.

Very nice
I received my Fan Set fairly quickly and found it to be very nice. Being new to Japanese calligraphy I thought a beginner set would be the best way to start. I'm happy with my purchase and have no complaints however I do think...while it is very nice...it is more of a showpiece than an actual beginner set. Very "souvenir" like. But again, I'm not unhappy with it and it was worth the money. It's usable enough. Just a little small. As for Oriental Furniture...well I found them very professional and friendly. I'd order from them again.

Great starter/beginner Calligraphy Set
I am impressed with the price and function of this set. I’m a beginner in writing Chinese Characters and this simple kit fit that purpose. I recommend the kit to other beginners as well. Thank you!

Beautiful!
I was drawn to this set as a gift for a friend who does European calligraphy; thought he might enjoy trying Oriental. The company had also offered a coupon, which clinched the deal. The first one arrived with one part broken but the company was wonderful to deal with and they sent a replacement immediately, accepting a photo as proof, and without making me return the broken set. The only thing that would make this set even more perfect would be if the closure clasps were made from bamboo rather than plastic, but that is a very minor thing. I love it and so did the recipient.
