Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Pros & Cons
This basket is constructed well and looks nice but on the one I ordered, the handles were placed mistakenly half way down on the basket instead of close to the hamper lid. Also, I think the inside liner should be removeable to be able to clean if it gets dirty.
