Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Very happy
I ordered two 5 foot white screens. They are lovely and completely met my needs. They let light through but provide the screening I was seeking. There was a bit of inconsistency—one screen was perfect, the other had minor finishing imperfections which may have been incurred during the shopping given that the box was not shape when it arrived. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

Double Cross Shoji Screen
This screen gave me the privacy I was needing from thin vertical blinds. It give my room the Oriental look I have scattered around my house and I LOVE this screen. Well built and a nice twist on the typical screen.

5 Foot Shoji Screens
Very nice screens, they match our woodwork better than expected and look great. One came slightly warped on one end, but not enough to send back -- not very noticeable, otherwise totally great!

just what we needed
This screen is between our grand piano and a sunny window. It is perfect and looks nice in our living room where we didn't want anything very intrusive. The quality is great. Also, the packing was just excellent in all ways--no damage to a rather delicate item.
