Tibetan Tingshaw Styles are small cymbals attached to each other by a leather cord. They are traditionally used by Buddhist monks but are also used in the Shamanist tradition. You can use your Tibetan Tingshaw Bells for Space Clearing, personal energy clearing, meditation, and healing work. They will clear the energy of a room, if used for space clearing, or the energy of a person, if used as part of healing work such as Reiki, Massage, Hypnosis, Acupuncture, or Counseling.
