Authentic Ming dynasty style storage trunk finished in a two tone stain beneath a hard, clear lacquer. Each panel is elaborately carved with a traditional oriental art motif. Lid closes with a brass oriental medallion hasp with a lock pin and leaf pull, also lacquered to resist tarnish.
